Congratulations on your engagement! I'm so excited to get to know you. Here’s everything you need to know about working with me as your wedding florist.
Understanding your wedding
Our first meeting will be via zoom with me, and usually takes approximately 1 hour. The aim of this first meeting is to have a relaxed chat to help me to get a sense of who you are, what you enjoy, hear from you about your unique love story and all about your plans for your wedding.
The meeting will help me to create your colour palette, mood board and overall vision for your wedding flowers.
My proposal for your wedding flowers
I love all aspects of my work, and preparing proposals is always extremely exciting to me. This is where I begin to translate all that we have discussed in our initial meeting. I take your story and vision, transform it and bring it to life through the art flowers.
Once your deposit is paid, we will arrange to meet in person somewhere nice and relaxed (taking social distancing measures where required). I'll come along with the designs in your proposal; we will discuss the ideas in detail and tweak where necessary.
The meeting is a collaborative process. I will be happy to answer any questions and take on board any new requirements. Your wedding flowers are about you and your vision. I will then use our ideas collated from the day to create something elegant, that is unique to you and your wedding.
Approaching your wedding day
As your wedding approaches, I'll check in on you and ask if you're still happy with the designs, colour pallet and if there's anything you'd want to add. We will arrange a visit to the venue with the view to help you visualise the designs in the space. I will also make contact with your venue manager and wedding planner to check in with their logistical requirements.
This final meeting is the opportunity to discuss the finer details, and answer any questions you may have.
What to expect on your wedding day
Your wedding day should be all about you and your partner enjoying the day! When you work with me all of your floristry plans will be fully taken care of. You just need to sit back and relax enjoying the preparation for your wedding!
I will personally deliver the bouquets for you and for your bridal party in the morning, along with delivering the boutonnieres to the groom, best man and groomsmen at their venue.
My team and I will have already liaised with your wedding planner and venue manager on the logistics of your wedding day. I will oversee every single detail from start to finish. We will make sure everything is done in time and ready for the photographer to capture the beautiful scenery for your memory.
After the wedding day
